Purchasing : Purchasing Executive (Buyer)

Your tasks

• NPIs material planning/ coordination with project team to meet project timeline
• Mass production material planning (Focus on bulk planning)
• Manage inventory control
• Assess material risk and communicate with procurement whenever necessary for supply strategy management
• Perform purchasing data review & approval before setup to SAP for usage
• Issue PO and manage MRB
• Logistic coordination between supplier and internal logistic department
• Forecast generation for supplier material planning
• Monthly reporting preparation

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent field or advance diploma with 3 years relevant field experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS excel
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Familiar with MRP planning concept
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English
• Mature, a team player, and able to work independently
• Meticulous
