Sales and Product Management : T&M Sales Account Manager

Your tasks

• Conduct technical sales for all product lines of Rohde & Schwarz Test & Measurement solutions (Working Location: Daejeon).
• Responsible for technical sales in the Chungcheong/Jeolla region.
• Manage and perform technical sales for government agencies, government-funded research institutions, and aerospace and defense companies.
• Manage and conduct technical sales for research and production companies related to materials, components, modules, and final products in Semiconductor sectors.
• Manage existing companies in the region and perform technical sales.
• Acquire potential customers and enhance brand awareness within the market.
• Report quarterly and monthly sales figures and establish actionable execution plans.
• Conduct product promotions, review contracts, arrange deliveries, and provide follow-up support.
• Collect, analyze, and report information on market trends, competitors’ activities, and technological advancements
• Manage CRM and handle administrative tasks (manage expenses, documentation, etc.).

Your qualifications

• Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience and Unique Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in RF measurement, Semiconductor-related research and production companies is preferred
• Sales experience in RF, Semiconductor Test & Measurement (T&M) instruments is preferred.
• Familiarity with government agencies, aerospace & defense industries, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Intermediate level of business English proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for business interactions.
• Valid driver's license (Class 2 or higher) required.
• No restrictions on overseas travel or residency.
