RTB, RTM, RTA: Acquire Mode "High Resolution" looses details?

I want to install the RTB / RTM / RTA into a rack and I use the rackmount kit "ZZA-RTB2K". Is the ground of the oscilloscope then connected to the frame of the rack?

With active FFT it seems that the timebase setting can not be changed. Is there a way to do that?
