Finance : Financial Project Controller

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project control systems that facilitate effective project tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to analyze project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the preparation and review of project budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key project insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate project reviews and post-mortem analyses, providing actionable feedback to project team.

Your qualifications

• Required and Preferred Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, and Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project control, project management, or financial analysis within a complex project environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights. Preferred:
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing industries, in an international environment
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and methodologies. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
• Proficiency in project control tools and techniques, including scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software.
