Your tasks

  • HR Responsibilities
  • 1. Recruitment Assistance: Help post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • 2. Onboarding: Assist in preparing orientation materials and setting up workstations for new hires.
  • 3. Employee Records: Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases.
  • 4. Company / Employee Engagement: Support the organization of activities and events.
  • 5. Policy & Compliance: Aid in drafting and updating HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • 6. Learning & Development: Support and manage the training activities of the company.
  • 7. Employee Engagement : Support all the employee activities and company events. Administrative Responsibilities
  • 1. Office Management: Assist with the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • 2. Documentation: Help in filing and organizing company documents and records.
  • 3. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Your qualifications

  • Requirements
  • 1. Candidate is required to work from August until end of November 2025.
  • 2. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
  • 3. Strong interest in a career in human resources and administration.
  • 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Canva.
  • 7. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
