Develop in-depth knowledge about the R&S products
Know the latest technology trends in the related application area and competitor’s offerings
Local coordination of Marcom activities
Disciplinary and functional leadership of sales department staff
Responsible for competence development of sales staff within the department
Plan the technical trainings of sales staff on yearly basis

Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronic, Network or Telecom technology, or a comparable field
Experience of Test & Measurement market is mandatory
Technical knowledge in satellite and GSM communication will be an advantage
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in similar field, work experience in a matrix environment is a plus
Driven for results and highly oriented to teamwork and group collaboration
Proven experience in leading a team of skilled individuals
Working knowledge of project management tools & techniques with good grasp of organizational structures
Great social and networking skills
Resourceful, proactive, and independent
Effective ability to work with people of different levels to address issues and to attend amicable solutions
Exposure to procurement and sourcing of technical goods and services
Is prepared to travel and be on the road for extended periods overseeing and driving project successes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English is primary to round off your profile; other Central European languages are welcome German and Arabic language knowledge are a plus but not mandatory
