Sales and Product Management : Market Development Specialist

Your tasks

• • 业务拓展与合作伙伴生态开发：寻找并开拓新的业务渠道，识别并评估新的市场机会和潜在的合作领域，并维护与现有合作伙伴的良好关系。 • 合作伙伴项目管理与跟踪：运用CRM系统对合作伙伴线进行全生命周期管理，与合作伙伴协同进行客户拜访，协助合作伙伴推动项目直至落地。 • 市场趋势分析：负责所跟进行业的市场情况分析，包含竞争对手及目标客户的调研、市场动态的分析及客户需求的掌握。为公司的市场策略、方案定位和业务决策提供有效线索。 • 市场活动开发：针对各个应用领域，规划合适的市场活动机会，并积极策划高效的市场活动，包括各类展会的评估与参展规划，线上/线下的市场活动创意。 • 协助制定并执行系统集成合作伙伴的管理政策与管理目标，进一步优化合作模式。

Your qualifications

• • 通信工程、电子信息或相关专业本科及以上学历。 • 2年以上测试测量行业或无线通信市场、销售或商务拓展的工作经验。 • 优秀的书面及语言沟通能力，具备销售思维及市场分析能力。 • 具备出色的技术理解力和学习能力，能快速掌握复杂的技术概念。 • 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其PPT方案撰写能力。 • 具备基本的英语听说读写能力。
