Whatever you are developing, your device must meet requirements set by standard organizations such as IEC, CISPR, ISO, IEEE, CENELEC, ETSI, FCC, ANSI, RTCA or MIL-STD.
The International special committee on radio interference (CISPR) sets emission limits that are needed to protect radio reception from interference. With the evolving use of digital radio services at higher frequencies, there is an increasing demand for emission limits in the frequency range above 1 GHz. Current implementations and proposed extensions in CISPR product standards for above 1 GHz testing are explained.
