Project Management : Working Student PMO Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support of the global S/4HANA transformation program PMO and contribute to the continuous development of program management practices
• Support program management within the global S/4 transformation initiative in administrative, conceptual, and organizational activities
• Prepare status reports and presentations for various stakeholders
• Independently conceptualize, plan and execute work packages
• Maintain program standards, including project tracking and documentation
• Collaborate with various departments across the organization to support different program streams
• Conduct data analysis: preparing, analyzing, visualizing data, and building dashboards
• Support the development and maintenance of program-wide Jira dashboards and standards

Your qualifications

• Current Studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a reliable, structured, and self-driven working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
