Estas unidades ICU están diseñadas para su uso in situ, por lo que se mantienen instaladas durante el procedimiento de calibración y durante la medición del dispositivo bajo prueba (DUT).Esto aporta versatilidad, comodidad y precisión al sistema de medición basado en analizadores de redes, pues permite que la calibración pueda actualizarse en cualquier momento sin tener que desconectar manualmente el dispositivo bajo prueba del resto del sistema.
