The power electronics community will come together again at PCIM Europe in Nuremberg from May 10 to 12, 2022. Rohde & Schwarz is joining to demonstrate its latest test solutions for developers of power supplies and other power electronics. The company’s experts share their know-how about applications like stability analysis, power integrity and component testing as well as EMI debugging and EMI precompliance testing at the Rohde & Schwarz booth 452 in hall 7.

Este documento describe la caracterización de los condensadores electrolíticos de aluminio utilizados específicamente en aplicaciones de convertidores de potencia CA/CC. Se discutirá por qué esta tecnología de condensadores es de suma importancia con respecto a su vida útil y por qué no puede sustituirse simplemente por cualquier otra tecnología de condensadores. Se discutirán los diferentes efectos ocasionados por el envejecimiento del condensador. Se presentará el uso del condensador en diferentes topologías de convertidores CA/CC. Se utilizarán circuitos de simulación para analizar el condensador de manera más detallada antes de realizar mediciones adecuadas para demostrar un ejemplo real de una fuente conmutada (SMPS).Después de la presentación de los fundamentos y la teoría de los condensadores electrolíticos de aluminio, este documento también presentará todas las mediciones posibles e importantes de los parámetros del condensador, como capacidad eléctrica, resistencia en serie equivalente (ESR) y corriente de ondulación.
