Your tasks

Responsible for Oscilloscope test and measurement applications.
Perform technical support for general instruments for the customers.
Partner with sales as a technical owner for pre-sales activities, e.g. demonstrates product capability and performance.
Online/On-site customer support, e.g. including presentation, demonstration, training, and application cases.
Building a long-term, trustworthy relationship with customers as technical experts.
Develop strong links with R&S HQ.

Your qualifications

Power electronic application or SI/PI experience is a major plus.
Experience in instrument operations, e.g. Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Power Analyzer.
Programming skills to bridge product and customer projects.
Familiar with Instrument control and SCPI commands.
Presentation experiences for online/physical technical seminars.
Customer-centric and people-facing personality with a strong curiosity to learn new applications & topics.
Programming fundamental or RF fundamental related experience is a major plus.
With driver license, willing to travel to customers sites (more than 50% of time).
