Services : Sr ILS Engineer- ATC Program

Your tasks

• Support ILS Manager for data collection, analysis, and presentation on program deliverables
• Support data entry, collection, analysis, and reporting for activities related to FRACAS data
• Support data entry, collection, analysis, and reporting for DMSMS activities and program needs
• Support collaboration with cross-functional teams as needed to support ILS-related activities for the program, including interfacing with R&S counterparts (as well as engineering, production, quality department, etc) within the global organization
• Work cross-functionally within the organization to design and implement process and tools for Service and Logistics deliverables

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or comparable course of study, or Associates degree in similar disciplines plus commensurate work experience
• 2 years or more experience in an analyst role compiling reports to support broader programmatic needs, preferably in an existing ILS related role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
• Excellent and effective communication ability, comfortable with changing organizational needs, highly engaged in program success
• Support typical 40 hour work week, with ability to flex overtime schedule as needed depending on program requirements
• Ability to travel up to 15% (for onsite meetings if working remote, eg)
• Ability to support early morning or later evening meetings depending upon time zone
• Within commute distance of Columbia, MD and Frederick, MD.
• US Person capable obtaining DHS security clearance DHS security clearance

The total compensation for this position is $90-120k. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
