Your tasks

• Global responsibility for defining, documenting, implementing, and maintaining governance structures, processes, and tools to ensure effective support service delivery
• Functional leadership and support of process managers to ensure compliance and optimization of governance & processes within support service delivery
• Leading/supporting strategic projects for the continuous improvement of support service delivery
• Leading projects within a transformation program to empower international subsidiaries regarding governance, processes, and tools
• Functional leadership of Implementation Managers to ensure the effective introduction and adaptation of governance, processes, and tools in international locations
• Coordination of audits to verify and ensure the sustainability and compliance of implemented governance policies and processes
• Collaboration with global teams for the continuous improvement and adaptation of governance strategies and tools

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing governance structures and processes in support/service management
• Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2; experience in leading transformation projects using Agile or Lean methodologies
• Skilled in conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in an international context, with experience in managing process and implementation managers
• Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English for effective global collaboration
• Experience in successfully implementing changes and managing resistance
