Your tasks

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with clear milestones and deadlines, monitoring progress to ensure timely achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales division to drive business growth through sales excellence processes.
  • Master our solutions to deliver customer-specific value and win business by clearly differentiating us from the competition.
  • Proactively develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying, reaching out to, and actively engaging prospects and customers to drive consistent business growth.
  • Set clear, measurable sales targets for the division with defined short- and long-term objectives, and drive accountability to consistently achieve or exceed these goals.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify pain points and tailor solutions for business success and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously explore new customers and sales opportunities to expand our business platform
  • Strategically manage and develop assigned accounts and activities to maximize customer retention and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with overall business and sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers within related industries
  • Liaise with other sales team members for cross collaborative sales teamwork
  • Liaise and coordinate with pre-sales, solution sales, solutions team, product team, delivery team, sales management team, and other relevant teams to obtain the relevant support that can help the sales process.
  • Provide direction for develop effective partner management
  • Coaching and develop team competency to align with latest market situation
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and performance reports accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information to management, enabling well-informed and effective leadership decisions.

Your qualifications

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical knowledge about radio system in defense (military)/security/air traffic management, critical infrastructure related industry and procurement processes
  • Strong network, partner management and business development skills within the industry at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in English language to liaise with Global Counterparts
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-million euro contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving substantial business growth in competitive markets.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
