Your tasks

  • Operational and disciplinary leadership of the Product Management and Project Management teams in our Broadcast Distribution application segment
  • Operational leadership of our internal and external (international) Service teams. A focal point for coordinating and tracking customer escalations and formulating responses
  • Close management interface to Technical Sales and Product Development, Marketing and Manufacturing
  • Responsibility for developing and managing our future-orientated portfolio in conjunction with sales and product development
  • Active design of product and price policy including functional specification, e-application, development priorities, pricing structures, product reviews, option concepts and serviceability
  • Responsibility for our demo equipment pool, utilization and investment decisions
  • Organising the collection and consolidation of market information including competition tracking and market trends and statistics
  • Responsible for turnover planning, understanding our manufacturing capacity and delivery schedules of our contracts
  • Supporting the training of the international sales teams on strategy, trends, and solutions (product positioning, competitive situation, market situation & technology)
  • Ensuring support of our marketing efforts and the creation of customer-oriented material (e.g. data sheets, product presentations, webpages, specialist articles, press releases, webinars, etc.)
  • Active life cycle management from NPI to end-of-life cycle

Your qualifications

  • Completed technical studies with extensive expert knowledge in Product Management
  • Industry experience in the field of RF and/or Broadcast
  • Well-rounded knowledge in the field of market development (target group identification, segmentation, identification of customer needs, market sizing, market development and comparison of competitors)
  • Motivated and driven individual who sets themselves ambitious goals
  • Strategic thinker with good analytical skills
  • A natural communicator and collaborator
  • Management experience as well as the ability to motivate a team and to lead it confidently
  • Willingness to travel internationally paired with intercultural and interdisciplinary competence
  • Business fluent English skills, spoken and written
