Controlling : Finance Executive

Your tasks

• Key Duties:
• 1) AP Functions: Process Concur Claims, payment and answering to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
• 2) Treasury Functions: maintenance of bank accounts setup, Coupa (corporate treasury reporting), Cash forecast, in-house bank account, internal netting & settlement, open Bank Guarantee, acknowledge, documentation verifications and presentation of Letter Credit to bank.
• 3) Taxation: Responsible for company corporate taxation, withholding taxations, and e-invoice compliance.
• 4) Fixed asset: Responsible for managing, tracking, and ensuring compliance of all fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
• 5) Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
• 6) Full set and preparing monthly balance listing or RSMY, recon and posting of -journals.
• 7) Supporting e-invoicing filing and compliance.
• 8) Any other adhoc jobs as assigned.

Your qualifications

• 1) Diploma or Degree from a recognized University in Finance and Accounting.
• 2) Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting. Demonstrate a solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS/MPERS standards and compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
• 3) Proficiency in SAP ERP systems is an added advantage.
• 4) Excellent skills in Excel. Prior experience with Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI is essential.
• 5) Good attention to details and ensure the accuracy of work
• 6) Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to identify discrepancies, resolve billing or payment issues.
• 7) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with both finance and Internal/external Stakeholders.
• 8) Good time management to manage multiple deadlines for invoicing and payment cycle.
• 9) A high level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial data is mandatory.
