Advantest Corp. with headquarters in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, has selected the R&S RTP high-performance oscilloscope for mass production evaluation of high speed SoC testers. The R&S RTP is part of Advantest's continuous efforts to improve quality and was a key factor in updating the company’s verification environment to meet latest requirements. The decision for Rohde & Schwarz indicates that the long-term relationship between Advantest and Rohde & Schwarz will continue.

Automated measurement functions in combination with track functionality make it easier to analyze single events and reveal “long-term” variations.

The R&S NGC100 are the latest DC power supplies from Rohde & Schwarz for every-day manual use in the laboratory as well as for automated applications. They offer an extremely wide range of functions for entry level instruments. The R&S NGC100 power supply series includes one, two, and three-channel models supplying up to 32 V, 10 A and 100 W DC power.

This whitepaper provides an overview of the WLAN offload in LTE as standardized by 3GPP, as well as the enhancements for Wi-Fi standardized by IEEE and the Wi-Fi Alliance. Fraport began testing the world’s first walk-through security scanner for passengers at Frankfurt Airport. The R&S QPS Walk2000 from Rohde & Schwarz is designed to speed up security checks. The first of these scanners is currently in use in Concourse A of Terminal 1. Passengers simply walk through the scanner at a normal pace without stopping. The test and evaluation phase is set to last up to six months and will provide Fraport and Rohde & Schwarz with important information to help optimize the system.
