Best way to switch off the HMP series power supply

I own a R&S HMP series power supply. Can you please let me know how I can read out the firmware versions - specially for the interface card?

In the datasheet of the HMP series i could not find any information concerning the MTBF time of the relay switching the output power. Do you have any further information available?
