* Ensure that servicing tasks are carried out in accordance with the Customers’ requirements. * Conduct on-site or in-house installation and repair of equipment/systems to ensure it meets Rohde & Schwarz’ high standards of performance* Diagnose equipment malfunctions, perform repairs and complete preventative maintenance * Provide remote support to customers and complete service tickets in the ticketing system* Understand complex RF system architecture and apply that to diagnostic process*
