Rohde & Schwarz Canada, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support our growing Commercial and Government System Project business. This position will be based out of our Kanata, Ontario headquarters.
This position will report to the Program Management Office and will provide a broad range of support for the systems projects business. This will include understanding project financials, analyzing project data and metrics, building dashboards to display and communicate project analytics and KPIs along with supporting other technical project application implementations. Ideal candidates will have project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage, organize and provide the highest level of accuracy, timeliness and dedication.
Your tasks
- Develop and Maintain KPI measurements for Projects – including but not limited to: schedule, labor, budget, risk and adherence to processes
- Develop and Maintain active projects status tracking and after-action reviews of projects for PM team
- Develop, manage and maintain reports using various applications including but not limited to: Smartsheet, MS Excel, SharePoint (including basic workflow management), Visio for process development, etc.
- Support Project Execution to meet customer and internal expectations
- Kickoff, manage and lead execution for small system projects
- Attend internal and client meetings in support of key project activities
- Develop / Track Project Schedules and Budgets
- Develop / Submit Canadian Government forms and reports
- Develop milestone invoice plans and track revenue recognition
- Develop / Submit monthly invoices for assigned programs
- Develop project documentation contract deliverables
- Coordinate meeting minutes and action items for internal and customer meetings
- Develop and Maintain Project Finance status and tracking for assigned Projects by working with the Finance team to ensure project financial tracking and performance such as (labor, equipment, and travel costs) are accurate and measured for system projects, and tracking revenue recognition
- Support internal business initiatives for the development of new processes or enhancements to existing processes
- Participate in the development of business processes in the program management area
