The Zoom function does not show any waveform data at specific settings, especially at slower timebases in combination with higher sample rates, High resolution and roll mode with more channels. The problem is gone if a lower sample rate is chosen.

Ce document est divisé en deux parties et commence avec une présentation générale des principes de conversion AC/DC. Il présentera la plupart des circuits classiques utilisés pour les différents niveaux de puissance. Le convertisseur des alimentations en mode découpage (SMPS) sera le principal intérêt car elles sont utilisées partout dans l'électronique. La conception du convertisseur "flyback" dans différents contextes est particulièrement mise en évidence. Néanmoins, toutes les mesures sont également applicables pour d'autres conceptions de convertisseur SMPS fonctionnant à des niveaux de puissance élevés.Dans la seconde partie de ce document, la plupart des méthodes et procédures de test pertinentes d'un convertisseur AC/DC sont mises en évidence. Pour chaque phase du test, une partie fondamentale sera évoquée en amont, puis suivie d'une présentation d'une méthode de mesure adaptée. Dans cette seconde partie, le dispositif sous test (DUT) est considéré comme un appareil de boîte noire et donc la structure est similaire. Par conséquent, les parties du test se composent des méthodes associées aux tests en entrée, aux tests en sortie et d'une combinaison des deux efficacement. Bien sûr, certains tests effectués en sortie du convertisseur sont également pertinents pour un convertisseur DC/DC, par exemple la validation de l'ondulation de sortie.
