Key facts
The R&S®HK061 vehicular broadband communications antenna covers the extremely wide frequency range from 30 MHz to 600 MHz and is designed for mobile transmission and reception with multiband, multirole radios (MMR). The antenna features outstanding characteristics and with no tuning equipment required, it is ideal for hopping and for multichannel operation. The antenna comes with a spring at its base. If the antenna hits an obstacle, it bends and automatically returns to its vertical position.
For multiband applications
The R&S®HK061 covers the extremely wide frequency range from 30 MHz to 600 MHz. This enabling users to operate state-of-the-art multiband, multirole radios with a single antenna.
Allows use on vehicles
Despite excellent radiation behavior, the R&S®HK061 is short and slim. The compact size allows the antenna to be used on vehicles and a spring enables the antenna to tilt while on the move.
For reliable communications
The R&S®HK061 has a fully passive design and has excellent characteristics even without any tuning equipment. Also, no attenuators are used to improve VSWR, since this would reduce efficiency.
For better communications
The R&S®HK061 is designed as both a monopole and dipole antenna connected via a steep-edge diplexer. The optimized radiation behavior further improves communications performance.
