Controlling : Contract Manager

Your tasks

• Responsible for drafting and finalizing the terms and conditions of business selling, procurement, service contracts, MoU etc.
• Provide legal support to a wide range of business in coordination with other functional departments, managing contract records, drafting/reviewing/updating template contracts
• Ensure all the terms and conditions and local activities are in line with the company legal regulation, compliance principle and risk management as well as R&S legal entity’s local law and regulations.
• Work closely with sales team and actively support to do business negotiations and provide practical solutions in case of discrepancy with the customers.
• Identify and implement legal process improvements.
• Perform revision of corporate registration.
• Liaising with external lawyers regarding specific local legal questions, terms and conditions
• Draft and finalize official documents of company.
• Perform other duties assigned as needed.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, linguistics or related field
• Over 5 years of professional experience preferably with a legal department or a multi-national company (or working experience in local law firm preferred)
• Proficient in drafting various types of contracts
• Good interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mature, firm and confident.
• Must be able to work independently, proactively and at the same time be a good team player
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean essential
• Logical thinking and proficient commercial terms understanding.
• Ability to travel internationally, when required.
