Services : Service Logistics Support Technician, ATC Program - Frederick MD

Your tasks

• Oversee utilization of program spares pool, restocking and deploying devices as need in support of program
• Utilize corporate tools, and any third party or customer tools, for tracking and updating deployed system configurations based on devices being swapped
• Maintain orderly and tidy station and storage area to support corporation operation guidelines
• Available to support a 24x7 on-call schedule together with a team, and respond to on-demand shipping needs from spare pool to support critical system problem response
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support operations for the program deliverables
• Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional business environment

Your qualifications

• Associate's degree, 10+ years of work experience or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of work experience in a logistics support role, or comparable experience
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow work instructions for system device updates/configurations for PC, Server, and other networking types of devices
• Can effectively use standard professional software such as Microsoft Office products and ticketing systems
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25%, primarily domestic travel
• Ability to work outside standard working hours, on holidays and weekends
• Must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, loading, and unloading, operating equipment, and assisting in the transportation of various materials
• Reside within commuting distance of Frederick, MD. This position is full-time in office.
• In order to be considered, candidates must be a US person capable of receiving a U.S. Government public trust clearance.

The total compensation for this position is $25-$33 per hour. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
