Features & benefits

Small footprint

Compact unit for connecting various accessories

The voice terminal is a space-saving unit with a frontend connector for headsets and microphones. Additional accessories such as external loudspeakers or alarm devices can be connected with additional interfaces.

Modular mounting concept

Exchangeable between all mounting options

Voice terminals can be mounted in racks, in consoles or on walls. Voice terminals can be moved from mount to mount with no additional equipment required. Even voice terminal softkeys can be shifted among touchscreen versions, minimizing the need for spare parts.

Intuitive operation

Use case-sensitive softkey functions

Thanks to the clear and user-friendly design, users can operate the voice terminal without special training. Use case-oriented GUIs make selecting the right communications scenario easy. Intuitive icons and use case sensitive softkey functions provide all necessary information at a glance.

Broadcast and alarm system access

Multiple access to other communications systems

In addition to regular point-to-point and conference communications between voice terminals or telephones, the onboard broadcast and alarm system can be accessed by the voice terminal. Broadcast announcements and alarms can also be initiated and received at the terminal.

For rough climatic and environmental conditions

For rough climatic and environmental conditions on board ships

The IP 56 classification enables the voice terminal to be used on the top deck of ships. For other ship locations with rough environmental conditions, such as the engine room, the softkey version is more suitable than the touchscreen. Glove operation is very user friendly with softkeys.
