- Small size
- Ideal for mobile or semi-mobile receiving systems
Key facts
The R&S®HE314A1 is a turnstile antenna with two active receiving dipoles connected by a 90° hybrid coupler. The antenna is used for receiving horizontally polarized signals and the horizontal radiation pattern is optimized for omnidirectional reception. The R&S®HE314A1 can be expanded for omnidirectional reception of vertically polarized waves with an R&S®HE309E active vertical dipole mounted on top.
Saves money and maintains performance
The R&S®HE314A1 covers the very wide frequency range from 20 MHz to 500 MHz, saving cost and space for mounting a multiple antenna system.
For detection of signals from different directions and better monitoring results
The R&S®HE314A1 is a turnstile antenna with two active receiving dipoles. The two horizontal dipoles are combined using a 90° hybrid coupler to produce an omnidirectional radiation pattern and improve monitoring performance.
When installation space is limited
Thanks to its sophisticated design, the R&S®HE314A1 has a maximum lateral dimension of approx. 1 m, making it suitable for installations where space is limited.
