As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are responsible for proactively supporting our customers who need to have their test equipment calibrated, maintained, or repaired via our technical service department. You play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and the efficient handling of service processes. Rohde & Schwarz develops and delivers electronic test and measurement equipment and telecommunications systems. Examples include analyzers for industry, body scanners for airports, jammers and communications equipment for defense, and radio systems for aviation. Rohde & Schwarz Benelux is located in Utrecht (Papendorp). In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Order Processing team and report to our Service Team Lead.

Your tasks

Processing customer orders and correspondence.
Handling service requests in collaboration with the central service department at headquarters.
Communicating with customers to understand and address their needs and questions.
Monitoring and following up on order processes to ensure timely completion.
Responsible for procurement and sales invoicing.
Preparing and sending quotations to customers.
Performing administrative tasks and updating customer accounts.

Your qualifications

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
Driven, positive, proactive, confident, and focused.
Accurate, analytical, and thorough in carrying out tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Dutch and English.
Solid experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Passion for or affinity with (electro)technical devices is not required, but makes the work even more enjoyable.
Ability to take responsibility and show initiative.
Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
