Accurate phase calibration with the R&S®ZN-ZCG comb generator

At EuMW 2025, we showcased the R&S®ZN-ZCG Comb Generator, a calibration device designed for precise, traceable phase calibration of the R&S®ZNA Vector Network Analyzer. With a fully characterized output spectrum and NIST-traceable accuracy, it enables wideband phase and delay measurements for mixers and amplifiers up to 67 GHz. Seamlessly integrated with the R&S®ZNA through the SMARTerCal calibration technique, it delivers reliable, accurate, and repeatable results for high-frequency applications.
