Sales and Product Management : Sales Order Processing Assistant

Your tasks

• Together with our team, you will support customers from order entry to invoicing
• Full clarification of all incoming orders, check of all technical and commercial issues and circumstances based on internal specifications
• Coordination of deliveries within the system including clarification of transportation handling, as well as preparation of necessary documents
• Handling of service orders
• Independent identification and entry of orders into SAP SD, invoice processing, procurement and purchase coordination
• Ensure the compliance with customs and export regulations, administration of order files and archival storage
• Preparation and maintenance of public tender documentation
• Participation in the creation of statistics, reports, presentation and training documents
• Take over general back-office tasks (e.g. correspondence in Polish and English, common office duties and administration tasks)
• Close collaboration with colleagues in sales, back office, project management, logistics and accounting

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial education (e.g. commercial academy)
• Several years of experience in order processing (technical products, projects)
• Very good knowledge in all common MS-Office applications
• Knowledge of CRM and SAP SD
• High customer and service orientation
• Large degree of engagement, organizing ability and capacity for teamwork, as well as technical understanding and a keen sense of numbers
• Native-level proficiency in Polish and very good English skills
• Polish Citizenship is required
