Marketing and Communication : Senior Content Strategist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Develop content strategies for product, portfolio and division marketing campaigns that align with, and pay into, business objectives
• Craft value propositions and messaging that resonates with the right audiences – across various segments, industries and customer groups – to create measurable impact
• Transform sound strategy into compelling storytelling and content experiences
• Develop strategies and approaches to effectively scale content
• Evaluate and optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights
• Guide and mentor the team to foster strategic thinking and content excellence
• Collaborate with design, development and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign integration

Your qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing or content marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide colleagues and develop strategic thinking.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling and relevant content
• Experience in defining and implementing content frameworks and scalable processes.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, aligning content with business goals and user needs.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and performance optimization.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
