Rohde & Schwarz, the only supplier of fast diode sensors for power measurements up to 67 GHz, is increasing the maximum measurable frequency of diode power sensors to 90 GHz; higher than any other diode sensor currently available. The diode technology enables extremely fast and accurate power measurements with the highest sensitivity from a compact and light-weight portable instrument. High speed power measurements are now possible for all frequencies above 67 GHz in 5G, automotive radar and satellite communications applications including the entire E band.

Tutte le funzioni necessarie sono integrate in un singolo strumento: banda base (fino a 160 MHz di banda, un massimo di otto sorgenti in banda base), MIMO (fino a 8x2 senza prodotti supplementari, soluzione 4x4 facile da utilizzare), fading (fino a 16 fader logici), AWGN e RF; il tutto replicato due volte e con due percorsi fino a 6 GHz ciascuno, più il calcolo interno dei segnali.

AFMETCAL, the Air Force Metrology and Calibration Authority, has ordered signal source analyzers (SSA) from Rohde & Schwarz. They will be operated in AFMETCAL’s precision measurement equipment laboratories (PMEL’s) and Air Force primary standards laboratory (AFPSL). The signal source analyzers are used for calibration of phase noise analog (AM, FM & PM) and digital modulation measurements. For phase noise measurement Rohde & Schwarz has also provided cross-correlation offering very high sensitivity, flexibility and fast measurement speed — all in one box.
