RPG FS-Zxxx harmonic mixers are a simple way to increase the usable frequency ranges up to 325 GHz for Rohde & Schwarz signal and spectrum analyzers as well as phase noise analyzers and VCO testers.

Rohde & Schwarz submitted its latest 5G NR protocol conformance test cases to the Global Certification Forum (GCF) at the GCF CAG#72 meeting in October 2022 and successfully passed verification. The company now has over 500 GCF-certified protocol conformance test cases, illustrating the leadership of Rohde & Schwarz in 5G NR protocol conformance testing.

The R&S®NRPC-LS enables linearity calibration of RF power sensors. The calibration frequency of 1 GHz is optimized for reliable verification of RF power detectors using various technologies. The R&S®NRPC-LS is also suitable for linearity calibration of spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.

The R&S®Spectrum Rider FPH is a versatile, user-friendly instrument in a rugged and appealing design. Most of the basic models have a unique frequency extension concept via keycode. The analyzer supports a wide frequency range up to 44 GHz.

The R&S®ESR is an EMI test receiver for the frequency range from 10 Hz to 26.5 GHz and complies with the CISPR 16-1-1 standard. The receiver measures electromagnetic disturbances with the conventional stepped frequency scan or – at an extremely high speed – with an FFT based time domain scan.

The new R&S RTS radar test system from Rohde & Schwarz simulates driving scenarios for testing radar based advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and radar sensors used in autonomously driving cars (AD) entirely over the air. The test solution consists of the new R&S AREG800A automotive radar echo generator as a backend and the R&S QAT100 antenna array as a frontend. Laterally moving objects, i.e. objects approaching from the side, are currently simulated by mechanically moving antennas. The R&S RTS replaces the mechanical movement by electronically switching individual antennas in the frontend on and off. Even objects moving laterally to the car at very high speed can be simulated reliably and reproducibly. The R&S RTS is able to simulate the radial velocity (Doppler shift) and the size (radar cross section) of objects at user configurable – including very small – ranges. Countless objects can be represented by cascading multiple R&S AREG800A backends. The R&S RTS moves tests currently performed on the road to the lab. This allows early error detection and a significant reduction in costs.
