Project Management : Operations Engineer / Manager (Project)

Your tasks

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex aerospace and defense projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee key project functions, including cost control, schedule management, risk assessment, quality assurance, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders, establishing project organization, managing teams, and coordinating with partners and suppliers.
• Supervise all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with internal governance processes and mitigating risks effectively.
• Provide regular project updates and detailed reports to customers and senior management.
• Support procurement of project materials and equipment: prepare specifications, participate in bid evaluation and follow up deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales teams on contract preparation and tender management.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of systems engineering projects.
• Support operations planning and scheduling for installation, commissioning and after‑sales activities.
• Oversee service and maintenance activities to ensure SLA compliance and asset uptime.
• Coordinate spare parts inventory, forecasting and replenishment; work with procurement and warehouses to optimize stock levels.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor performance for operational tasks; develop and monitor KPIs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives: process standardization, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing operational procedures, work instructions and safety practices tailored to the Thailand market.
