Sales and Product Management : Product Manager Vector Transceiver Tester (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You lead product launches and provide support throughout the entire product lifecycle
• You identify key customers and collaborate closely with them during product development
• You develop product and pricing policies while managing and coordinating distribution
• You actively monitor the market on an ongoing basis, focusing on market trends, competitors, and product requirements
• You conduct market activities such as identifying target groups, segmenting the market, assessing customer needs, participating in development partnerships, and benchmarking competitors
• You drive market development and analyze market data
• You conduct worldwide training for customers and sales teams
• You collaborate closely with market segments and the R&S sales companies

Your qualifications

• You have completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Previous experience in a Product Management role is required
• Knowledge of the RF PHY layer for at least one of the wireless communication standards, such as 2G to 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or UWB, is essential
• Familiarity with RF/system level testing equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and VNAs, is expected
• A strong customer and service orientation, along with a goal-oriented and structured working style, is important
• Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and good organizational abilities are needed
• You should possess excellent presentation skills and intercultural competence.
• Business-fluent English and German, both written and spoken and willingness for international travel (around 30%) are required
