Advantest selects Rohde & Schwarz to verify high-speed SoC testersAdvantest Corp. with headquarters in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, has selected the R&S RTP high-performance oscilloscope for mass production evaluation of high speed SoC testers.
