1. 抽選キャンペーン「10 YEARS ROHDE & SCHWARZ OSCILLOSCOPES」（以降、「抽選」と呼びます）は、Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG, Mühldorfstraße 15, 81671 Munich, Germany, Tel. +49 89 41 29 0（以降、「R&S」と呼びます）によって主催されます。
2. すべての参加者は、2020年1月1日から2020年12月31日までの期間中に、参加者の氏名、会社名、ビジネス用メールアドレスを入力することで抽選への参加登録を行えます。
3. 参加は無料です。商品またはサービスの購入経験の有無は問いません。
4. 抽選は法人のみを対象としており、賞品獲得者は法人に限られます。個人の場合、自分の名前と自分のアカウントによる参加は認められませんが、法人の名前で、その法人の代理として参加フォームを提出することにより、法人の代表として参加することが可能です。
5. 賞品として、2020年1月1日から2020年12月31日までの期間内に、R&S®RTB2000 10台のうちの1台を獲得できます。

6. 抽選は、ローデ・シュワルツ本社、Muehldorstrasse 15, 81671 Munichで行われます。賞品獲得者には、5営業日以内にメールでお知らせいたします。
7. 法人の正式な代表者が、賞品受け取りの意向をローデ・シュワルツに通知するものとします。受け取り辞退が発生した場合、または2週間以内に返事がない場合は、新たな賞品獲得者が抽選によって選ばれます。4週間以内に賞品獲得者を決定できない場合、抽選は終了し、賞品は没収となります。
8. R&Sの従業員とその家族、および抽選処理の関係者とその家族は、参加フォームへの記入対象から除外されます。
9. 賞品の現金同等物または交換は許可されていません。賞品は譲渡できません。参加者の国で課されるすべての税金、徴収金、関税、手数料、およびその他の料金は、参加者が負担するものとします。
10. 個人データは、本抽選キャンペーンの目的でのみ処理され、別段の合意がない限り、抽選から4週間後に削除されます。
11. これらの利用条件に従わない参加者は、R&Sにより本コンペティションへの参加資格を剥奪される場合があります。その場合、賞品を遡って撤回することもできます。これらの利用条件に違反したために賞品が遡及的に取り下げられた場合、賞品はそれぞれの参加者の負担で「1.」に記載されているR&Sの住所に返送されるものとし、抽選で新たな賞品獲得者が選ばれることになります。

13. 抽選およびR&Sとそれぞれの参加者との間に発生するいかなる契約上の関係も、法の抵触に頼ることなく、ドイツ法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。本競争への参加により直接的または間接的に生じた紛争については、ドイツのミュンヘンの裁判所が専属管轄権を有するものとします。
