Marketing and Communication : Global Market Segment Manager - Radar & EW (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Structure, analyze, and document together with a team, the global target markets, key players, application requirements and the competitive landscape for test & measurement applications in radar & electronic warfare.
• Derive, prioritize, and initiate product, business, sales and marketing options of action in collaboration with product divisions, sales and marketing, to drive revenue and profit
• Identify, drive and support technology co-operation with strategic partners.
• Interact with industry-related groups such as The Associate of Old Crows (AOC)

Your qualifications

• University degree in electrical engineering, physics or comparable field of studies.
• Profound knowledge in product management or sales for the test & measurement market.
• Proven experience and existing network in radar & electronic warfare.
• Optional - military background as a user of radar & electronic warfare technology.
• Optional - Prior experience in the development of radar & electronic warfare systems.
• Analytical skills and entrepreneurial approach to identify business opportunities, formulate strategies and deliver results.
• Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills, ability to develop strong relationships across the industry and within R&S.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to energize an organization.
