At the International Microwave Symposium IMS 2025 in San Francisco, Rohde & Schwarz will highlight its newest test instrument that will enable RF engineers to discover signals once out of reach. In addition, updates for the tried and tested R&S FSWP phase noise analyzer as well as the latest vector network analyzer R&S ZNB3000 will be on display. With the IMS workflow passport challenge, the company organizes a fun way to experience RF design workflows across multiple show booths.

Rohde & Schwarz präsentiert die neue R&S UDS Digitalmultimeter-Serie. Die kompakten Geräte zeigen drei Messungen gleichzeitig an und verfügen über vielseitige Messfunktionen sowie diverse Schnittstellen zur Fernsteuerung. Es sind Modelle mit einer Auflösung von 5 ½ und 6 ½ Stellen verfügbar – letztere bieten eine DC-Grundgenauigkeit von 0,0075 Prozent. Die R&S UDS Serie tritt an die Stelle des bewährten R&S HMC8012 Digitalmultimeters. Die neuen Geräte bieten höhere Genauigkeit sowie eine aktualisierte Benutzeroberfläche für intuitive und effiziente Messungen.

Kyocera has developed an innovative mmWave phased array antenna module (PAAM) that simultaneously creates multiple beams in different directions at different frequencies. These PAAMs can enable a wide range of 5G FR2 infrastructure installations, including site co-location of different operators running networks on different frequency bands, as well as critical infrastructure threat-sensing, homeland security, and other high-reliability applications. To ensure optimal beam steering and beam directivity of its groundbreaking product, Kyocera relies on CATR-based multi-reflector Over-the-Air (OTA) testing technology from Rohde & Schwarz.
