As a Sales Engineer, you will be part of the regional sales team dedicated to maximizing sales through the prospecting and development of new business and working closely with our customers. Products that the Sales Engineer will support full R&S product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with electronic test concepts including spectrum analysis and time domain. We are currently looking for the Sales Engineer to support our expanding in Serbia. The Sales Engineer will reside in the office Belgrade and will be expected to travel within their territory to be working with customers in a hands-on fashion.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for sales of our Test & Measurement Product Portfolio (Box- and System Business) by driving business development, identifying and creating new sales opportunities and customers
  • Conduct sales operations in the specified markets and develop for the allocated customers Technical consulting and establishing / keeping close customer relationship
  • Presentation and demonstration of our products and solutions in front of customers
  • Calculation, preparation and follow-up of Box- and System Offers by analyzing customer needs
  • Act as an interface between the customers and Market Segment/product group specialists to facilitate success in the region
  • Generating leads / opportunities and sales in close cooperation with our central market segment organisation
  • Develop partner relationships, identify opportunities and create revenue in the region
  • Updating the CRM tool with relevant information (leads, visits, opportunities, etc.)

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic or industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
  • 1+ years of relevant working experience in technical sales, account management or business development for Test & Measurement or similar area
  • Experience with developing customers in a territory
  • Passion for selling, an intense focus on customer support and an overwhelming desire to succeed
  • Fluently in Serbian and English language
  • Strong influencing and consultative skills proven track record of success in a comparable sales position
  • Strong team player who is also able to work independently
