We are currently searching for an Accountant to join our finance team and supporting in maintaining accurate financial records and processes together with a local Senior Accountant and the Regional Finance Management. You will be working on operational accounting tasks and support the local Senior Accountant in various financial tasks.

Your tasks

Maintenance of fixed assets register
Management of Accounts receivables (dunning, clearing, ageing reports, etc.)
Management of Accounts payables (preparing payments, clearing, etc.)
Creating and posting of PO`s and invoices
Posting of bank statements
Support of the travel expenses process (reports, checking, etc.) via Concur
Maintenance of exchange rates in SAP
Creating Invoicing to customers in connection with sales departments
Support of JPK implementation (digitalization) project (KR/GL/assets)
Support on KSEF (e-invoicing)

Your qualifications

Knowledge of local accounting principles and practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Polish language skills at native level and good English skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with SAP accounting software and ERP systems is preferred
Polish Citizenship is required
