Your tasks

• Tasks - General administrative support for Technology Systems
• Support the application managers by independently handling all assigned duties
• Generate monthly reports for the different application segments
• Requisition of department assets
• Requisition of office and pantry supplies
• Coordination of meetings and events

Your qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Effective co-ordination, time management and organization skills
• Resourceful, service-oriented and able to multi-task
• Meticulous and possess a sense of urgency in completing tasks and projects on time
• Able to work effectively as a team as well as independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
