Our recruiting team plays a critical role in delivering qualified professionals while meeting program timelines and compliance requirements. We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring for our Government Staffing program. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional and technical roles supporting government projects. The ideal candidate is an organized, adaptable Recruiter who can work closely with hiring managers in a structured, process-driven environment. Candidates must be based in Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Your tasks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and role fit
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and feedback loops
- Support recruiting activities aligned with government program guidelines and internal compliance standards
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition documentation within the ATS
- Track recruiting progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive, professional candidate experience
- Assist with onboarding coordination as needed
