In the frame of our strongly growing Systems business, the delivery of Integrated Logistic Support is of great importance in order to comply with our Customers' program requirements. The ILS Manager is responsible for defining and implementing the service and support capability of Rohde & Schwarz for products, systems and customer projects. The goal is to implement a service and support concept that meets the contractually agreed requirements of product and system supply contracts and customer projects, as well as service contracts (e.g., Service Level Agreement). The task wil be carried out from our office in Madrid.

Your tasks

The ILS Manager will act as Project manager for all ILS disciplines for the assigned programs.
Support during the offer preparation phase.
ILS Milestones and KPI definition, planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting (LSA, Tech Pubs, Obsolescence Management, Training..).
Ensure that the Customer requirements with respect to Services and ILS are met.
Design To Support: strengthen the direct connection between Services and Engineering, to influence system design for optimal supportability in service.
Selection of local ILS Suppliers /Subcontractors and management of assigned activities.
Coordinate and prepare entry into service with Service Transition team.

Your qualifications

Studies in Engineering, Business Administrations or comparable course of study
Leadership and ability to communicate and influence different Stakeholders
Deep knowledge of ILS end-to-end process and standards
Extensive Technical and Project management experience (minimum 10 years) in matured in various ILS projects
Very good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Knowledge of the main ILS production tools (e.g. Eagle, Arbortex Editor, Windchill)
Reliable and structured way of working
Ability to work in team, take the initiative and propose solutions
Fluent in English languages (written and spoken)
