We are hiring a Business Analyst to work in our Order Management Department directly with Order Management Specialists, other analysts, and the management team. This role will have a variety of responsibilities listed below, with priority on Process optimization. This position is based from our North American headquarters facility in Columbia, Maryland.
Your tasks
- Analyze, create, and continuously improve processes that align with company goals and ensure adequacy of internal controls.
- Identify and encourage updated business practices relevant to improving quality and efficiency.
- Collect, transform, and compile operational data into meaningful reports that support improvements in productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking and visualization using various tools and analytics platforms.
- Monitor processes for defect analysis, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
- Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
- Maintain project and task status
- Participate in and/or manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.
