How do I use the driver correctly?

I have done a calibration and now I want to validate it with an automatic calibration kit. But it always fails. What is wrong?

When I start a calibration with an auto cal unit I get the following warning. What does that mean?

I am using the command “CONT:AUX:C x” to see when a channel is active. But the respective pin at the AUX connector does not switch to “high”.
