Bjoern Coenen is an experienced engineering leader with over 18 years at Rohde & Schwarz, currently Senior Director of Engineering for EMC and Antenna Test Solutions. Previously led Measurement Applications, International R&D, and RF Analyzer/EMC Test engineering. He is focused on delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet requirements and enhance customer experience.
Product Manager for RF power amplifiers, Rohde & Schwarz
Dr. Ralf Heinrich is Product Manager for RF power amplifiers at Rohde & Schwarz. He earned an RF engineering PhD from the Technical University of Berlin and conducted R&D in USA, Australia and Sweden. Former Head of RF Development at Ametek, he is IEC/DKE working‑group member and IEC 1906 Award recipient.
Managing Director, Silent Solutions GmbH
Lee Hill has 35 years' experience in hardware troubleshooting and RF/EMC design, solving elusive regulatory and electrical-noise issues. Managing Director of Silent Solutions GmbH and founding partner of SILENT Solutions LLC, he teaches EMC at WPI and Oxford, chaired IEEE EMC programs, holds an MSEE, and speaks multiple languages fluently.

Arthi Krishnamurthy is Market Segment Manager for ICR (Industrial, Components & Research) at Rohde & Schwarz in Munich. Since joining in 2021, she has become a leading voice for EMC, driving segment planning and strategic direction for the company’s core EMC test solutions and services across debugging to full compliance.

Jens Medler joined Rohde & Schwarz in 1996, leading standardization and support for EMC test equipment. Active in CISPR subcommittees since 1999, he convenes CIS/A WG2 and participates in CIS/D and CIS/I. He is a Senior IEEE EMC Society member and vice‑chair of Standards Development and Education Committee and winner of IEC 1906 and IEEE EMCS Technical Achievement Awards.

Imad Qaddi is International Sales and Product Manager for transient test systems at EMC PARTNER AG in Laufen, Switzerland. He holds degrees from the University of Wuppertal and the University of Dornbirn. With 18 years in EMC as a lab manager, he regularly delivers seminars and speaks at international conferences.

Bastian Balk is a Market Segment Manager for automotive antenna testing and EMC testing at Rohde & Schwarz, responsible for understanding customer requirements and promoting the related solutions in the automotive testing ecosystem. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Dresden.
Director EMC Thales, and Professor EMC University of Twente
Dr. Frank Leferink has been with Thales since 1984 and is Director EMC and Manager of Thales' Network of Excellence on EMC. Named Chair for EMC at University of Twente in 2003, he has co-authored 400+ conference and 60+ journal papers, holds seven patents, and serves in several IEEE EMC leadership and editorial roles.

Dr. Adam Tankielun earned an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology and a Dr.-Ing. from Leibniz University Hannover (2007). After developing electromagnetic near-field scanning techniques at Fraunhofer (2003–2008), he joined Rohde & Schwarz in 2008 to develop broadband measurement antennas and OTA test systems and holds 40+ patents.

He previously spent over 15 years on advanced RF systems, operations and data analysis, coordinating multi-agency collaborations. His expertise in radar, communications and spectrum systems enables practical, innovative solutions to industry challenges worldwide.

Marc Ihle founded Ihle Engineering, focusing on EMC and signal processing. Previously, he was Research Professor at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and Full Professor at German University in Cairo and held team leader roles at SICK AG (sensor electronics) and Siemens (R&D mobile phones). He earned a PhD from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 1998.

Dr. Vignesh Rajamani is an expert in reverberation chamber characterization, focusing on improving test accuracy. Formerly a Manager at Exponent, he aided clients in root-cause analysis and guidance on EMI/EMC solutions. He served as IEEE EMC Society President (2022–2023) and is Application Segment Manager for EMC test at Rohde & Schwarz USA.
