Mit dem Konzeptnachweis eines Systems für die drahtlose 6G-Datenübertragung auf Basis einer photonischen THz-Kommunikationsverbindung hat Rohde & Schwarz auf der European Microwave Week in Paris sein Engagement in der Spitzenforschung für die nächste Mobilfunkgeneration hervorgehoben. Das ultrastabile, abstimmbare THz-System, das im Rahmen des Projekts 6G-ADLANTIK entwickelt wurde, basiert auf Frequenzkamm-Technologie und unterstützt Trägerfrequenzen bis weit jenseits von 500 GHz.
