• Campus networking

  This hands-on workshop demonstrates how LANCOM partners can implement high-performance and fail-safe 2-tier and 3-tier network infrastructures, including WLAN/LAN setups. Using a three-stage switch architecture with core, aggregation, and access switches, we will present case-based examples of how modern campus networks are built, scaled, and efficiently managed.
• Firewall FX
  Speakers: Hannes Riechmann-Thies and Markus Irle, LANCOM
  With the Secure Edge Computing approach for LANCOM firewalls, work is carried out where it arises. The secure LCOS FX firewall operating system is used as the platform for this concept. Solution providers can deploy, manage, and update their own industry-specific services as Docker/OCI containers on this platform. The Docker containers are treated as servers within a mini data center.
• Hands-on LMC
  Speakers: Lutz Fröhlich, Felix Gerdsmeier and Vittorio Curcio, LANCOM
  The focus is on the practical use of the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC) for efficient network management. Based on key workflows from network setup to operation, best practices and new platform features are presented, such as automatic execution of firmware and configuration updates during maintenance windows, backup and restore processes for device configurations, enhanced monitoring with expanded visualization and alerting features, integrated lifecycle management, easy integration of third-party systems, and NetOps procedures using add-in scripts.
• Secure site networking with SD-WAN gateways
  Speaker: Martin Krebs, LANCOM
  A hands-on workshop for the practical deployment of SD-WAN gateways based on the LANCOM SD-WAN / SD-Branch solution. The focus is on best-practice configuration, commissioning, and management of site-to-site VPN structures. Topics include zero-touch deployment, policy-based routing, dynamic path management, the integration of application-aware routing, and an eSIM demo. The goal is secure, scalable, and centrally managed network operations for distributed infrastructures.

  Encrypt Ethernet everywhere securely – Cost-effective and easy to use, Ethernet is now the standard transmission technology for wide area networks. The challenge: widely distributed networks with a high risk of manipulation. The solution: secure, universally deployable Ethernet encryption.
• R&S®Trusted Disk – Hard drive encryption approved for classified information

  BSI-approved full disk encryption to protect classified information at the "For official use only" level – The electronic processing of classified information is subject to strict legal requirements. Sensitive data must be protected against unauthorized access, and only BSI-certified IT security products with special approval may be used.
