Your tasks
- Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
1. Work with senior service engineer and other service team members at customer site to:
- perform equipment and system maintenance as per maintenance procedures,
- examine equipment and system faults,
- repair onsite and/or unmount for repair/mount after repair,
- perform equipment and system measurements and tests.
- administer and support both physical and virtual servers, as well as network components including routers, switches, and firewalls
- create service reports following maintenance or repair activities
2 Support project engineer and other project team members at customer site to:
- assess, survey and prepare sites for installation,
- install, equip, connect and commission equipment and system components,
- lay/install, test and assess cables and setting connectors on cables (cables being: electrical, RF/coax, optical fiber, signaling/Ethernet),
- mount, unmount, check and test of antennas and equipment at heights (e.g. antenna towers, masts, buildings),
- prepare, install, verify and document of labels/labeling in systems,
- perform equipment and system measurements and tests for customer acceptance,
- do system configuration and perform system performance test according to configuration and test documentation,
- attend and contribute at internal and customer project meetings (technical and administrative);
3. Support system engineer and other engineering and sales team members to:
- assess, survey and prepare sites for installation incl. compiling of site survey reports;
- develop system configuration and system performance tests according to customer requirements,
- compile, review and verify system design, configuration and test documents,
- prepare and conduct customer demo setups,
- prepare, test and maintain customer presentation and reference systems,
- attend and contribute at customer sales presentations and online meetings (technical);
4. Attend in Lab/ Warehouse repair/maintenance support for defective equipment.
